1. Use of the service

You may use Tool Radar Lab only for lawful business purposes. You must not reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.

2. Billing, refunds, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. You may cancel anytime. Refund terms and charge handling follow your contract and payment provider rules (for example, Stripe).

3. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tool Radar Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profit, business interruption, or missed shifts caused by service errors or unavailability.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account and location data, keeping your credentials secure, and validating generated outputs before operational use.
